Your right to cancel an order
You may return the goods to us un used and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt in mint condition and we will issue an immediate refund.
Warranty - Product Returns
For complete peace of mind all FishSpy cameras are supplied with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults or defects. Our warranty excludes any damage from an accident including but not limited to (water ingress through failing to lock the cap correctly, excessive force when tightening the locking ring, impact damage with a hard surface such as a rock or tree) or through natural wear and tear.
Total Fishing Gear accepts no responsibility from incidental or consequential damages caused by the misuse of the FishSpy products or accessories.
In the unlikely event that your FishSpy develops a fault in the first 12 months of purchase then in the first instance please contact us on 0871 911 7045* or email us at email@example.com with details of the fault.
Replacement or Repairs
If the issue cannot be resolved by us we will provide an RMA number for you to return the item to us for inspection and if it is found to be faulty then we will provide a replacement or repair.
If you purchased your FishSpy through a reseller and wish to obtain a refund then you will need to return it to the original place of purchase. If you wish to have a replacement or repair simply follow the procedures above.
If your FishSpy was purchased directly from us then we will arrange a refund upon receipt and inspection of your FishSpy.
Information Required When returning Your FishSpy
Please enclose a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Please include the RMA number we provide to you and the action you require regarding a replacement or alternative. This will allow us to gain all the relevant information on which to process the return as quickly as possible. On receipt of the goods we will inspect the products to ensure they meet our requirements.
You are responsible for return postage costs to us ( please ensure that you use a tracked method) and the goods must be in an unused and as new condition. We will pay for postage costs for the new item being returned to you except for orders outside of the UK. We reserve the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our conditions above.
Next Day Delivery - Mainland UK Orders Only
Next Day Delivery available (excluding Highlands, Islands and overseas) orders placed before 12 Noon Monday-Thursday.
Delivery for Mainland UK orders over £100 is free of charge. Delivery for Highlands, Islands, Isle of man, Eire and Northern Ireland orders take a couple of days longer - orders over £100 are charged at £3.95.
Orders under £100 are charged at £4.95 for UK Mainland, and £7.95 for Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Eire, Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery to the following postcodes: AB33-38, AB44-45, AB51-56, FK20, G83, ALL IV, ALL KW, PA21-40, PH19-26, PF30-44, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-69, PA70-78, PA88. Delivery time to these postcodes should take 3-4 days.
N.B. Delivery times do not include Bank Holidays.

Delivery: Overseas Orders & BFPO
All overseas orders incur a minimum £10.00 P&P charge on all orders. Exact postage will be calculated at the checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to BFPO.
We will only send an overseas order if all items are in stock.
We advise you to ensure somebody is present at the delivery address as a signature will be required.
We must be informed of all damaged deliveries within 48 hours.
We cannot take any responsibility for late or lost returned parcels.

Ordering Outside UK
All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 20%. In order to simplify prices, we charge exactly the same price to all overseas customers and, in the case of customers outside the European Economic Community, who would not be liable for VAT, we allow for the fact you are paying the same price for the goods by reducing the carriage charges to compensate. Credit Card Payments
Unfortunately we do not accept Amex payments.
Making a Contract With Us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will email you to inform you of this.
